Fun session in the estuary super-chop. Maxed out with a 4.5m sail and big wave board. Would have been better with my smaller wave board to start with but didn't have it with me despite the fact that Alistair had kindly transported 2 boards, 3 sails, 2 booms and 2 masts to the beach for me while my van is off the road! 4m sail might have been handy for a while as well. Alistair did change down to a 4mhimself but it was a classic Ivor day. No wind at 6am, started picking up at 7am, 30-35 knots between 9am and 11am and then it started to drop off.

All good fun.
